Free Consultation
Conducted in person or over the phone, during the consultation we

will work with you to discuss your objectives, the recipient of the

video tribute, the approach (comedy/sentimental), your budget

and deadline. If it looks like you would like to move forward at

this point we will conduct the pre-production interview, this is a

key component in outlining the creative concept.

Creative Concept
Based on ideas and objectives discussed during the consultation

and pre-production interview, several ideas will be proposed based

on your goals and your budget.

Pre-production Finalization
We will finalize the pre-production outline/concept. First installment

will be paid (1/3).  Both parties agree to timeline, concept, and

budget.  Contracts are signed by the client and MMP.

Initial Script
Script and interview questions are presented to you for approval

and final changes.

Pre-production scheduling
We work with you to coordinate all interviews, any remote shoots,

gathering of photos, documents, etc.

Pre-production finalization
At this point you approve the final production outline, shooting

and interview schedule, and the script.

Production Begins
This is where the fun begins. All interviews, comedy shoots,

whatever needs to be shot - commences according to the

production schedule. We recognize that some people are

camera shy so we will prep all parties involved for interviews

or their participation in the video. No one will “look stupid”

(unless of course that is the intention).  For sentimental on-

camera interviews we have written questions that are designed

to elicit the “good stuff” we are looking for.  We are experts at

making the participants look their best and making the shoot

fun for everyone.

Editing Begins
This is where everything comes together. The concept that was

outlined on paper now becomes a reality.  You will be presented

with the fully edited video. This is your final chance to make any

last minute editing changes.

Final Product
At this time, you are presented with the final video (DVD) and

any additional copies that you requested and final payment is due.

Screening/Set-up
Moving Moment Productions can set-up the final screening or

you can do it.  Keep in mind springing the surprise video tribute

on the unsuspecting recipient is half the fun. We can help you

“set-up” the recipient by having someone play a fake presenter

or whatever else you need to pull-off the surprise. When we are

involved in the screening it is truly the most rewarding part of our

job. We love being there with you to see the look on the recipient’s

face when they receive the gift of a lifetime!
